1. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Open Goaaal! is a large curtain of black football netting with a white goal fixed into the middle.

The white goal in the middle takes its shape by tensioning ropes on the ground and across the crossbar.  Apart from the poles at either end, the goal is completely made from rope and netting.

Ground pegs at the front and back of the goal sit below the surface of the lawn so that you can walk on top or mow over them when the goal is put away.

It hangs like a curtain on a line between two green metal poles that are 3 metres high.  You can choose for it to open from either the left or right depending on what suits your garden.

There is also a version of Open Goaaal! without the black surround net.  So unlike Open Goaaal! it doesn’t stop the ball if you miss!  However like Open Goaaal! it has the massive benefit that it slides out of sight and frees up the garden after use.  So there's no reason now not to get a big goal.
