International shipments are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we may reship (additional charges may apply) or refund minus non-recoverable shipping costs where permitted by law.
