Open Goaaal! is delivered in a cardboard box between 100cm - 120cm long, and at most 20cm for the other 2 sides.

Delivery time
If we have the product in stock, we will usually dispatch your product the working day after you place your order. Delivery is then usually 1-2 working days following that; however this is not guaranteed as we cannot control what happens in the courier network.
If you have bought a product that is out of stock on pre-sale, then the forecast delivery date will be advised on the product listing, or as you add to basket.
If you have an important deadline such as a birthday, please place your order well in advance in case of unforeseen delays. Our products are delivered by a third party and so Open Goaaal is not able to influence or be responsible for any delay.
Nobody at home
We can only make a delivery if someone signs for it. So we cannot leave parcels behind gates or in other places.
You should receive a text from the courier advising of the delivery time, and so you could use that to re-schedule if you are not going to be in. Please note that if you request the parcel to be left in an unsecured area, and this results in a missing product, we cannot be held liable for that.
Otherwise if there is no-one at home, the delivery company will leave a card with their contact details and you should call them to re-arrange. If they do not hear from you within a few days, the parcel will be returned to us.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you upon its arrival via email. We will refund the price of the product (but not the cost of delivery) within 7 days unless you notify us before then that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, we will require an additional delivery charge to make a second delivery.
Out of stock
If in an exceptional circumstance your ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and we will refund any payment you have made in full.
