DELIVERY

Size of the box

Open Goaaal! is delivered in a 167cm long box (the end is 25cm x 14cm) that weighs around 20kg.  Accessories or spares (except poles) will arrive in much smaller standard packages.

Where we deliver and what price

Open Goaaal! is classified as a “Heavy Item” for delivery purposes.  Postage and packing prices are as follows:

- Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) £6.99

- Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly £18.00

- Northern Ireland £39.00

- Scottish Highlands £42.00

At present, we do not offer delivery outside of the above territories.  Orders to The Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and other offshore islands can be delivered to a shipping company of your choice, as long as they are based on the mainland.  We hope to change this in the future.

Smaller accessory items will be shipped by standard post.

Delivery time

We will usually despatch your product the working day after you place your order.  Delivery then takes approximately 2-3 working days. 

At this time we are not offering a next day guaranteed delivery.  This is because the large size of the box means we are unable to guarantee the delivery if there is an issue in the distribution system. 

If you have an important deadline such as a birthday, please place your order well in advance in case of unforeseen delays.  Our products are delivered by a third party and so Open Goaaal! cannot be held responsible for any delay.

Nobody at home

We can only make a delivery if someone signs for it.  So we cannot leave parcels behind gates or in other places.

If you know you will not be at home, you can give an instruction just before checkout for the parcel to be left with a neighbour.  We will also leave a card at your premises.  Please note that if this results in a missing product, we cannot be held liable for that.

Otherwise if there is no-one at home, the delivery company will leave a card with their contact details and you should call them to re-arrange.  If they do not hear from you, they will attempt a second delivery and again leave a card if no-one is home.  If they then do not hear from you within a few days, the parcel will be returned to us.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you upon its arrival via email.  We will refund the price of the product (but not the cost of delivery) within 7 days unless you notify us before then that the goods are still required.  If the goods are still required, we will require an additional delivery charge to make a second delivery.

Out of stock

If the product is highlighted on the website as out of stock, then you can still place an order and you won’t be charged until it ships.

If in an exceptional circumstance your ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and we will refund any payment you have made in full.
