The Open Goaaal® Standard is a 2.7m x 1.6m (9ft x 5ft) garden football goal with the net built in behind it. The rebounder and backstop stand 3m (10ft) tall, so high shots are caught as well as wide ones.

Miss the target and the ball comes back to the player. Score and the goal net takes it. Either way it stays in your garden, so practice keeps going.

The net width adjusts up to 6.4m (21ft), so you can fit it to your lawn. The poles are 1.5mm painted steel, the nets are weather-resistant for year-round use, and the net slides aside for mowing. It comes with a 1-year warranty, ships free with tracking and is dispatched in 1–3 working days.

How much garden space does the Standard need?

The width adjusts, so the Standard can be narrowed to fit a smaller lawn. You need a flat area of firm grass; the exact width and depth are on our Will it fit into my garden? page.

How tall is the net behind the goal?

The rebounder and backstop net is 3m (10ft) tall, well above the 1.6m (5ft) goal height, so lifted shots are caught too.

Who is the Standard for?

It suits school-age players, roughly 8 to 14, who shoot harder than a Junior can comfortably take.

Can I use it just as a rebounder?

Yes. The tensioned net returns the ball, so players can practise passing and first touch against it as well as shooting.

Do I need to fix it in concrete?

No. The poles sit on ground spikes and the guy-rope anchors sit below the lawn. They need firm grass, not a soil border.

What if I have to replace a part later?

Spare parts such as pegs, ropes and pole sections are sold separately, so you can repair the goal rather than replace it. Every Open Goaaal also comes with a 1-year warranty.

Great product, not the easiest to set up but once you get it right and do exactly as instructed it works incredibly well at minimising balls going to the neighbours!

Bought it for our garden but we don't have any goal posts, just to stop the balls going over the fence, but seems there is a hole in the net and now the neighbours are complaining that irs an eyesore because there us a white and black net
