The Open Goaaal® Large Full Field set gives you two 4.9m x 2.1m (16ft x 7ft) football goals, one for each end of a bigger garden or field.

Behind and around each goal sits a 3m (10ft) tall rebounder and backstop net that adjusts up to 8.84m (29ft) wide. Missed shots come back into play at both ends, and high or driven shots are stopped before they reach the fence.

Each goal needs a flat grass area 8.3m to 10.2m wide (depending on the width you set) and 2.3m deep, with your pitch in between. The poles are 1.5mm painted steel and the nets are weather-resistant for year-round use. Both goals are designed to stay in place, with nets that slide aside when you need the lawn. Set-up takes two people per goal. Both goals come with a 1-year warranty, ship free with tracking and are dispatched in 1–3 working days.

Space Required
  • Each goal requires a flat grass area 8.3m to 10.2m wide (depending on the width you set) x 2.3m deep (27 ft 3" to 33 ft 6" wide x 7 ft 6" deep).
  • Place the goals at opposite ends of your pitch. A small space behind each goal is needed so missed shots are safely stopped by the rebound net.

How big is the Large goal?

The goal is 4.9m wide and 2.1m tall (16ft x 7ft). The rebounder and backstop net around it is 3m (10ft) tall and adjusts up to 8.84m (29ft) wide.
How much space do I need?

The width can be reduced to fit your garden. You need a flat area of firm grass; the exact width and depth are on our Will it fit into my garden? page.
What age is the Large goal for?

It suits stronger players, roughly 10 and over, including teenagers and adults who want a proper target.
Will it stay put when shots are hit hard?

Yes. It is designed to stay firmly in place, held by poles on ground spikes and guy ropes anchored below the lawn.
Large or Regulation – which should I choose?

For most gardens the Large is the more practical choice. The Regulation is a full size 24 x 8 goal and needs a lot more room.
