The Open Goaaal® Regulation Full Field set is two full size football goals: each 7.3m wide and 2.4m tall (24ft x 8ft), the size used in adult 11-a-side matches. They are fixed size, not adjustable.

Around each goal sits a 4m tall and 11.3m wide (13ft 3in x 37ft) rebounder and backstop net. Missed shots come back into play and powerful strikes are stopped at both ends, so you can play full-size matches and practise real finishing without losing the ball.

This set needs a large, flat field of firm grass. Each goal needs an area at least 15.3m wide and 2.5m deep, with your pitch in between. The poles are 1.5mm painted steel, the nets are weather-resistant, and both goals are designed to stay in place long term. Set-up takes two people per goal. Both goals come with a 1-year warranty, ship free with tracking and are dispatched in 1–3 working days.

Each goal is 7.3m x 2.4m (24ft x 8ft), the size used in adult 11-a-side matches, for a match-realistic training experience. These are not adjustable models: they are fixed, full size football goals.

Space Required
  • Each goal requires a flat grass area at least 2.5m deep x 15.3m wide (8 ft 2" deep x 50 ft 2" wide).
  • Place the goals at opposite ends of your pitch. A small space behind each goal is needed so missed shots are safely stopped by the rebound net.

How big is a full size football goal?

A full size goal is 24ft wide and 8ft tall (7.3m x 2.4m). The Open Goaaal Regulation is built to that size.
How much space does the Regulation need?

It needs a flat area of firm grass 15.3m wide and 2.5m deep (50ft 2in x 8ft 2in). See the layout on our Will it fit into my garden? page before you order.
Can I adjust the width?

No. The Regulation is a fixed, full size goal. If you need to fit the width to your garden, the Large 16 x 7 goal adjusts.
Who is the Regulation goal for?

Older teenagers, adults and anyone who wants to practise on a match-size goal at home or at a club.
Do I need concrete to install it?

No. The poles sit on ground spikes and the guy ropes are anchored below the lawn, in firm grass.
